Sammamish

The City of Sammamish is the newest of King County's cities incorporated in August 1999. It covers 13,556 acres and borders the east shore of Lake Sammamish. Its neighborhood cities of Issaquah to the south and Redmond to the north allows for access to many shopping malls and areas.

This area was once known as the (Issaquah and Redmond) Plateau. It continues to be a high growth area with many new developments...and many established developments. The private, prestigious golf course of Sahalee is located here. There is also ample shopping and retail stores. Sammamish has many single family neighborhoods as well as condominiums.
